Shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days with the most suitable courier. Shipping fees are added to the purchase amount. The receiver can return any unwanted items as long as they are dispatched within 7 days after the arrival of the goods. If the items are faulty, NSIA will pay for the return. For other reasons, the return of products should be paid for by the retailer who had ordered the items.
